1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made through Go Glamping SG.
1.2 A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
1.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings are guaranteed at the agreed rate.
1.4 Payment methods accepted include PayNow or other modes specified on our website.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed; however, rescheduling is permitted.
2.2 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 week before the booking date.
2.3 Cancellations will not be refunded.
2.4 No-shows are non-refundable.
2.5 Go Glamping SG reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including bad weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions. In such cases, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

3. Guest Responsibility

3.1 Glamping is primarily an outdoor experience, although some setups may be indoors. Guests should dress appropriately and bring personal items as needed.
3.2 Guests are responsible for the care of all equipment, furnishings, and décor during their stay.
3.3 Any damage or loss caused by negligence will incur additional charges.
3.4 Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

4.  Outdoor Glamping and NParks Regulations

4.1 A valid NParks camping permit is required for all outdoor glamping bookings. The approved camping permit must be displayed at all times during the stay in accordance with NParks regulations.

4.2 Guests are responsible for securing and ensuring the validity of their NParks camping permit before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Guests must comply fully with all rules and regulations imposed by the National Parks Board Singapore relating to camping activities, including but not limited to:

• Camping is permitted only at designated camping areas.
• Campers must remain within their allocated permit zone.
• Camping is allowed only for the approved dates stated on the permit.
• Open fires are not permitted except at designated BBQ pits.
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• All litter must be properly disposed of, and the campsite must be left clean and tidy.
• No damage is to be caused to park property, vegetation, or wildlife.
• The maximum number of occupants per permit must not be exceeded.

4.4 Go Glamping SG shall not be liable for any fines, penalties, enforcement actions, or booking termination arising from failure to comply with NParks regulations.

4.5 No refunds will be provided in the event of enforcement action or booking termination due to the guest non compliance with NParks rules.

5. Conduct and Safety

5.1 Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Go Glamping SG staff.
5.2 Open flames, smoking, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside tents and indoor setups.
5.3 Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
5.4 Go Glamping SG is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 Go Glamping SG may take photos and videos of events for marketing purposes unless prior notice is given by the guest requesting otherwise.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Go Glamping SG is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and communication. It will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

9.1 Go Glamping SG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
